Signed up for this facility but I was never able to visit as I ended up taking an extended work trip out of state. The most frustrating part of all is I have now spent the last 42 minutes dialing every possible extension to get someone on the phone to cancel my membership. Pretty poor and sad customer service if someone needs to call all extensions over the span of almost an hour still to get no one on the phone. Will likely never begin a membership when back in the area just based on this.
When the competition pool is available, it’s great. But this pool is constantly being rented out to multiple swim teams, especially from November through February. I can barely use it those months. AND pool hours are constantly subject to change without any notice because they rent it out at every opportunity. Whoever manages the pools should be upfront about availability to annual members who are interested in swimming laps. You’re basically paying for the Kroc to rent it out.
Facilities are great. We had been members and were in the system and waited for an hour in line to get in the pool and never did. Didn’t even need to do forms. There were two people on staff and one just refused to help the other so one person was trying to check in everyone and it was so slow and inefficient. They didn’t care to help or let us in - but we have three young kids all who were pretty upset it don’t work out. So can’t recommend it at all as it’s not really serious about helping people enjoy the space.
