I went to the store twice to drop off a small bag of donations. First time I was told it was a holiday weekend and no one there to take donations, second time was yesterday, and I was told the staff that handles the donations left for the day . Your store relies on donations to exist. Why is it so hard to drop off donations? Do you not want donations? Please explain.

I tried to purchase a set of 3 item but missing one so I grab an item of the same size and value and tried to negotiate to the cashier if she can just include the item to the set. But she said she cannot sell the set because it's missing one then suddenly snatch the set from my hands and put it away. Employees mentality should be to sell the items and not keep it or store it back on the shelves. Their store is not for profit. It's all about donations.
