On Friday, March 24th, I purchased a Shark vacuum cleaner for $18.99. I took it home and used it for about 2 minutes, then it lost power...? motor was burnt out? I immediately took it back to the cashier I had bought it off of. He rudely pointed to the "no refund or return" sign hanging in front of the registers. It had not even bee 15-20 minutes that I had purchased this piece of junk. He refused to give me a refund stating that's what you get when you buy from retail stores. I am so upset !
