Unhelpful and rude (borderline mean) staff.
The store is usually very dirty, and I have to say majority of the staff here are very rude and nasty. This is nothing new, it's been like this for a long time. And I know other people have complained about it, but this organization does nothing about it. Goodwill in Middletown is so much better. Employees are very accommodating... And if you find something without a tag on it, they will go. And get the price from the manager.. At the salvation army, they tell you, you can't buy it If it has no tag on it... little ridiculous
