I'm a long-time customer of this location, and I have to say that this location is in need of a major change. The lady with curly grey hair who works on the weekend is extremely rude and condescending. She seems to be bothered when people ask her for help, but that's part of the job, It's called "customer service" for a reason! Lately, every time I go in there, I get itchy it's like they spray something that gives me an allergic reaction. Salvation Army, if you are going to respond, I want this addressed, not the same responses from you below just copied and pasted. This store has really gone downhill, and puts out items that should’ve been tossed or are broken. They also charge a lot for their items which are mediocre at best. Went to Salvation Army with 4 contractor bags full of toys our children donated. All the toy, puzzles and games were whole with all the pieces and games were in original boxes. The person there was rude and ungrateful. Turned away multiple items for no reason. That is the last time we donate anything to the Salvation Army......
Attempted to donate household goods or cooking pans glasses for drinking etc and was turned away stating we have too many items at preesent
