I just went to the Gilroy donation site and boy was I disappointed. There is no customer service! I gather it's a Sunday at 1: 00. A man dressed in black slacks and a black shirt stood inside the warehouse. I had two rather large bags of clothing and he did not budge to offer any assistance. When I told him I had clothing to donate he rudely stated, put them on the table. He did not acknowledge of thank you, or ask if I wanted a receipt. no restroom usage for customers. guess they want us shitting in their parking lot
Fitting rooms are permanently closed? No returns? How are we supposed to shop here anymore? No access to restrooms?! What’s going on here? Used to be delightful to hunt for a bargain here…not so much anymore!!
No fitting rooms and no returns. Hope you get lucky I guess.
Don't waste your time. They taking products. Don't check if they work and sell them to you with no return policy
