The prices here are good, and the store is quite clean, but I was disappointed in the customer service. The fitting rooms are closed, they don't want you trying things on in the aisles, and they don't accept returns. We were just shopping for a ren faire outfit, but I imagine this would be difficult for somebody shopping here out of necessity. We can afford to donate back what doesn't work for us, but that's not the case for everyone and it's unfortunate for Salvation Army to not consider this.
Would be great if it was size sorted
I just went to the Gilroy donation site and boy was I disappointed. There is no customer service! I gather it's a Sunday at 1: 00. A man dressed in black slacks and a black shirt stood inside the warehouse. I had two rather large bags of clothing and he did not budge to offer any assistance. When I told him I had clothing to donate he rudely stated, put them on the table. He did not acknowledge of thank you, or ask if I wanted a receipt.
