I’m shopping at this store for years and I had a very upsetting experience that made me not want to go back at this Salvation Army location. I found a pair of shoes with a price tag inside the shoe. When I brought them to the register, I was told the price did not belong to the item because the tag was not attached on the outside. I had a very disappointing experience at the The Salvation Army Family Store on May 22, 2026, around 11 AM involving a cashier named Charles. I purchased items totaling about $72, and my husband worth $51 and as a rewards member and someone who regularly donates to this location and supports the local community, I expected basic or very minimal customer service and respect. This is a great place it's always good at the salvation army. Many deals matter of fact on Wednesdays the whole store is half price. All the things are very much quality. The employees are very helpful. They actually will carry the items and load it in your vehicle for you. The good thing about salvation army is that all the money goes to help feed the homeless and people who need it. They also have a soup kitchen to help the homeless.
