I know of person with undiagnosed mental issues after been moved into the 2nd stage housing and the 1st months rent ends they evicted her out . They have on site staff to help with mental health but no help was done for her.. I guess there way of helping the undiagnosed clients is when they cant help is to evict them and no shes homeless again and with no direction and undiagnosedmental illness . This help to END homelessness ( 10 yr plan )
