They've apparently moved from the super convenient downtown location to an almost on the outskirts of town location (but haven't bothered to update their address on google or any resource sites/pamphlets), and you apparently need an appointment now to go to the food bank? Seems like they're going in the opposite direction of trying to help people who are in the most need. Unfortunate.
went to donate 200 worth of food as web says open got there sign on door says on holiday till Jan 4,,,to bad they didn't let us know online,
People there are nice but disorganized and uneducated. They do not know how to run a business and they fully admit their number one priority is to convert you and caring is a far second.
Always helpful never steered me wrong always making sure that they can help me if they have the means to staff is always friendly unless your unfriendly to them in that case its common sense that youll be asked to leave they dont make promises they cant keep but they will always try to help you all you need do is ask
