The store itself was very well organized and had a great variety. The customer service however was terrible! We arrived at 6:39pm on a Saturday (8/09/25) and the doors were locked. The store is to close at 7pm. As customers were leaving out, the doors open and we came in. The store clerk proceeded to yell ‘All customers, we are closing in 5 minutes’. Very disappointing especially since we are out of towners.
I like the new modern location but the prices can be a bit high for a thrift store. I like their extra discounts on certain days which keep bringing me back. The employees have always been polite and curtious. Will continue to keep going back.
