Went there yesterday and it was completely closed down. Windows covered up and no sign on the street.

I agree with what is being said here. I live locally...and donate on a regular basis.. No problems until recently... Very rude man in the room where you deposit your donations.. Usually a nice lady works that room. .. I will not continue to donate until they fire that mean, nasty man..

I should have read the reviews before I drove to Spencer to drop off some great items that I thought would be nice to donate rather than sell consignment. My first time here and will never go back. Some of the rudest, nastiest women I’ve ever dealt with. Drove up to donation area and someone was standing there and saw me begin to unload. She said clothes go out back. I go out back and a nice guy helps me carry the six big bags over to his truck. I ask about a receipt and he says just go in the building. Go inside and ask and... read more
