They use addicts for cheap labor. Harbor fugitives & allow addicts to abandoned their families. They use HIPPA as an excuse. The addicts can keep coming back, it's not about sobriety, it's about their cheap labor & keeping their "non profit" business going. They use religion and condone unreligious behavior.
