Retrain your help unloading donations to be mannerly. Very rude and condescending both times I donated.
I will never donate again to the Salvation army. The staff at the Brockton location is the amongst the rudest human beings I have ever encountered. The staff was angry, condescending and rude with no manners whatsoever. I donate quite frequently but will NEVER donate to the Salvation Army again. There are much better organizations out there that would be appreciative of the help and support.
Was given an 8 hour window for a furniture pickup donation only to be told at hour 6 when driver finally came he could not pick it up due to a couple stains. Totally unacceptable if you are getting a donation!!!! Will never use or donate to this organization again!!!
