Worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon with unprofessionalism. I booked an appointment on September 17th for appointment all the way in October on the 3rd. Their reminder system had me confirm the appointment and everything. I planned for weeks for this appointment both blocking off the whole day from my personal clients and budgeting the cost, only to walk in and they said let the woman go that was supposed to do my hair weeks ago, about two days after I scheduled the appointment. Just had my balayage done by Larissa and I can’t stop telling everyone about her! She is SO talented, I really have never had anyone perfect my hair before and she nailed it. I’m so happy to have found my forever stylist. You won’t regret going to her :)
New to the area and got my haircut by Larissa and I’m so glad I did. She was very trusting, professional and cut my hair just how I like. It’s hard to come across someone who will actually listen to what you like and exceed your expectations. Will be recommending her and the salon to friends!
