Yesterday I visited the Salt Sanctuary at Emena Spa inside the Hyde Resort and... all I can say is WOW! What an AMAZING experience! I have been to salt rooms before but I have never experienced halo therapy before. What a cool way to get the benefits of salt therapy in a spa-like environment - it really was sooo relaxing and luxurious. The meditation music during the treatment was a really nice touch! Highly recommend giving this a try, I will be returning ASAP!
