I recently had an amazing experience at the Valrico Salt Room. I came out feeling refreshed.
I had such a wonderful experience at The Salt Room. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were able to fit me in for a session on short notice, which I really appreciated. The space was clean, calming, and exactly what I needed. Having COPD I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was amazed how this process relaxed my lungs and allowed for better breathing. I’ve scheduled another appointment a look forward to another 45 minutes in the salt room. Amazing!’
They were incredibly accommodating to our group of 6. The staff and facility are wonderful! Can't wait to go again!
