I am extremely disappointed with my experience. 4 years ago, my employer gifted me a massage gift certificate as a pregnancy gift. Due to moving, I unfortunately misplaced it and recently found it. The certificate is a paper copy and does not list any expiration date. When I called to ask if it was still valid, the gentleman who answered actually laughed and said, “Oh no, it expires after a year.” I explained that there is no expiration date printed anywhere on the certificate.
