As others have said, don't let this fox into your hen house. Very sleezy business ethics. Read their contract carefully before signing, it is very binding to the customer. They operate out of a small town in Texas in which there is no federal courthouse. We got ghosted after the initial meeting with the sales rep. while the service they are trying to pitch can be useful, their appointment setter called from a suburb of chicago, the sales rep disclosed they record all conversations, i explained that was an issues as illinois is a two party consent state. quickly blamed the phone system and that they only call out of texas. i would say all lies. i sent him an email from the phone number and asked for a boiler template contract and its been crickets. they break the law and then lie about what they are trying to do. the appointment setter... read more

Their salesman that claims the name Ryan Wilson is unprofessional and irritating. I politely told him the company I work for is not interested in the services the SALT Group has to offer. He rudely told me that I am not authorized to tell him that we are not interested and that he must hear that from the authorized financial rep for my company. He informed me that he is going to keep calling everyday until he hears that from our financial manager. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! NO THANK YOU!
