Do not let this company get a hold of your information and do not sign a thing until they actually save you money. They will claim they can save you money, provide an analysis report of proposed savings and then subsequently bill you for not one month, not 12 months, but 60 months of "proposed savings". They are headquartered in a city that does not have a federal courthouse and if you take them to court, you will only be able to apply the business/contract laws that exist in Kerrville. As others have said, don't let this fox into your hen house. Very sleezy business ethics. Read their contract carefully before signing, it is very binding to the customer. They operate out of a small town in Texas in which there is no federal courthouse. We got ghosted after the initial meeting with the sales rep. Then they came back months later saying they could save us money on our overhead. while the service they are trying to pitch can be useful, their appointment setter called from a suburb of chicago, the sales rep disclosed they record all conversations, i explained that was an issues as illinois is a two party consent state. quickly blamed the phone system and that they only call out of texas. i would say all lies. i sent him an email from the phone number and asked for a boiler template contract and its been crickets. they break the law and then lie about what they are trying to do. the appointment setter... read more
