If I could give this place 100 stars I would. I was shopping in the clock tower when I wandered in the salt caves. I looked around then was approached by Patrice when she started telling me about the sound baths and the guided meditation. Once she said guided meditation I knew I wanted to book a session. I have been struggling with some mental health issues and everything that Patrice said in the meditation was exactly what I needed to hear. MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE EVER! Felt like I was by the ocean!
The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and informative. She told my wife and I about the salt cave and all of the health benefits. She also told us about the guided meditation that i would love to try out. They also have a lot of salt products like soap, seasonings and salt lamps. I definitely recommend visiting this spot!
