I was just there for a simple bang trim. I've NEVER EXPERIENCED A CUT SO HORRIBLE IN MY LIFE!! The guy ruined them and clearly HAD NO EXPERIENCE!!! He didnt listen to direction and it will take months to grow out. Not only are they super short, they are uneven and bluntly CHOPPED! They should ashamed of this providing service like this. Joel Warren should know of this. Anyone thinking of going to this salon, please be warned.
I would say I make wise choice to select the salone. I transform my hair from long hair to the bob cut and was scared the same time. The staff was really helpful in every way and skilled and eventually I got my perfect hair style ever. Im sure i am also going to visit them for my hair colour. A big shoutout to Rick,thank you so much 🙏
Ben is absolutely amazing! He always gives me the best haircut and blowout ever-every single time. I leave the salon feeling incredible, and my hair looks flawless. His attention to detail and skill are unmatched. I will continue to tell all my friends about him because he truly deserves all the hype! If you're looking for a stylist who knows exactly what he's doing and makes you feel amazing, Ben is the one!
Tiffany is the sweetest soul, which is so important to me when getting any type of service! Not only does she make you feel completely at home, but she ROCKS IT when it comes to technique!!! I have superrr fine hair and I’ve constantly had blowouts fall out before the end of the day… she worked some voodoo magic on my hair with all this VOLUME and it’s not all sticky with hairspray. I finally found my hair styling queen in Manhattan!
Worst salon in the world! Ben the manager needs to go, after ruining my hair and agreeing to meet to discuss it, he blew off our meeting and chuckled as I went through my horrible personal experiences walking around like this. He doesn’t know how to manage and I know bc I’ve done retail operations from corporate. Not only did they damage my hair, they didn’t care about making it up to me.
