Hate that it’s a yes or no option for recommendation now. I gave it a 5 two years ago but have been having issues the last year. Arriving for appointments to be told the student is not there or that there are no students available for my scheduled appointment. Today topped it off when Cheryl (gave her name when answering the phone) refused to give me the name of the student I’d be seeing and wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor/instructor. ............ arrived at 445 for 515 hair highlight appointment, wasn't done til ten pm, then done incorrectly with skunk stripe down front center of head. they offered to redo highlights, you get what you pay for, this is a school, save your money get it done some place else. They messed up and still I had to pay, not right!
Very professional and I was kept very calmly while I was being serviced with I was very scared to try Bree and Danielle was amazing I recommend those two for your Waxing needs😍
