I recently got a perm 4/28 and they fried my hair!!!! It fell out in clumps after the process and the instructor said she had never seen anything like this before. Reading the direction - they chose the wrong perm for my hair! There are no refunds, but 100% satisfaction is guaranteed- how?. Maybe if I purchase the Pureology Strength Cure like they suggested at $60 I'll be satisfied---pay to trash your hair and pay to fix it only at the Salon Professional Academy
