I can’t say enough good things about this salon! I have been a client of Lori's for 4 years. Every time I come in, I’m treated like family. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and Lori is so kind and professional. She truly listens to what I want and makes sure I leave feeling amazing every single time. My hair always turns out better than I imagined — healthy, shiny, and perfectly styled! You can really tell that she cares about her clients. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! 💕✂️

New client here and now life time client . The experience starts as you walk through the door . I overheard the encouraging helpful words spoke to an elder client before me on styling her own hair and even including showing her how to style it if she wanted . My heart was touched by hearing those words . Once I sat in lori’s chair I knew that I too was going to have an experience and I was correct .she listened to what I wanted and made suggestions. Had a great experience. I did a donation cut (15in!) and Lori did a wonderful job! She is very knowledgeable on how to get the most out of your donation and still give you the style what you want afterward. It's a plus that she does the donation cut free of charge.

Lori is incredible. She instantly makes you feel at home in her beautiful salon. I took my daughter there for the first time today and it was like going to a see old friend. On top of that my daughter got a beautiful haircut and got to donate it. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommended! Lori always does such a great job on my hair at a reasonable price! She's been cutting my hair for many years now, and it's so exciting to see her salon up and running. My sister, mom, and grandma all go to Lori regularly to get their hair done, I just tag-along sometimes for a nice haircut. The Salon on Miami was a great experience for me, with good conversation, and an awesome haircut!
