I was looking for a salon close by for my daughter and myself and chose this salon and soooo happy I did! Lori did an AMAZING job on mine and my daughter's thick hair and she took the time to ask questions about our daily styling routines to ensure we had a cut that worked for us. She is very friendly, professional, and has a warm personality that made us both very comfortable and relaxed. I really trust her opinion and expertise. I can’t say enough good things about this salon! I have been a client of Lori's for 4 years. Every time I come in, I’m treated like family. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and Lori is so kind and professional. She truly listens to what I want and makes sure I leave feeling amazing every single time. My hair always turns out better than I imagined — healthy, shiny, and perfectly styled! You can really tell that she cares about her clients. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! 💕✂️
New client here and now life time client . The experience starts as you walk through the door . I overheard the encouraging helpful words spoke to an elder client before me on styling her own hair and even including showing her how to style it if she wanted . Had a great experience. I did a donation cut (15in!) and Lori did a wonderful job! She is very knowledgeable on how to get the most out of your donation and still give you the style what you want afterward. It's a plus that she does the donation cut free of charge.
My first appointment with Lori at the Salon on Miami was last week, and I am so thankful I scheduled here! Lori is very welcoming and wonderful at what she does! Highly recommend!
