I went in for a cut and color. It was my first time at this salon. My stylist did a great job coloring my hair. However, my haircut was not great and this review reflects the terrible customer service I received after the appointment regarding the haircut. For the haircut, I asked for a trim. Came in for a haircut and blow dry and was so happy with how it turned out! Chris was my stylist and she was amazing, I will definitely be going back.
i came in with nearly perfect hair needing a simple minimal trim straight across and a bang trim. they intentionally messed it up and did it all with no regard in less than 30 seconds. this feels like deliberate sabotage. i didn’t even want the woman to fix it it was so bad. i’ve come several times and the first was okay but after the last time i will never return edit. see my booking on classpass dates july 17. i cannot imagine why such malicious action was taken on my beautiful hair and what could have motivated it. if you... read more
