In November of last year I met a wonderful stylist and wanted to continue going to her. I was scheduled to have an appointment with her tomorrow. When I received a reminder call today they had me with someone else. When I asked for "my stylist" I was told she's busy and that she scheduled me with someone else. I can understand if she had an emergency but to hand me over to someone I dont know and have the receptionist tell me she's busy is highly unprofessional. And if you bumped me for someone else, that's just lousy.
Terrible, I would choose zero stars if I could. I walked in there for a simple hair trim and was talked into getting a shampoo as it was included in the price for 35 dollars or 45 for a simple wash dry and trim, so I figured if I was paying all that for a simple trim I mys we’ll just get the shampoo, even though I just washed my hair. I’ve been a customer of panties on and off for over 30 years. I’ve always gotten a beautiful job one time a newer hairstylist forgot to set the color in my hair and it all rinsed out, but that didn’t even bother me so much. She was new and learning this last time that I went I asked that she trim my hair. I wanted to keep the length but I needed a good trimming. Jeanie is great and my hair cut is fine but I was charger $20 for "eye brow shaping" when all they did was wax between my eye brows. Nothing underneath. No actual shaping. $20 is outrageous!!!!!
