I gave a 1 star because there are no -20 star optionsThe worst salon ever. Do not recommend to anyone. Service was terrible I got in at 11am and didn't leave until 5:45pm .the cut was a chop cut I didn't ask for that. I was overly charged. And I had to go to great clips to fix it.i asked jc penny salon stylist to give me the cut like Maria I got a horrible cut. They should go out of business.
Overall this is a great salon! I love going and there isn't the typical salon wait for service! Full service salon, diverse staff & clean.
3/14 I received a great haircut from Andrea ! She is a total professional ! The shampoo was so relaxing and it was great ! I will be going back ! I enjoyed going into Penney’s salon as the atmosphere was perfect quiet and sooooo relaxing!
I got my hair done for NYE and although the hairstyle came out nice, never again. To keep it simple and straight to the point, Leslie was racist and tried to mask it as being friendly and relatable. First of all she kept randomly doing this black voice which was clearly not her real accent because she didn't talk to her coworkers like that and she kept turning it on and off. Maria was the best beautician I’ve ever had. I’m 65 and my hair is horrible to cover the grays. Maria did such an awesome job and even colored my eyebrows awesome. Cost a lot more than I’m used to paying but it was worth it. Highly recommend Maria
