Booked yesterday after my original stylist canceled on me… was a bit disappointed when I was placed second to personal phone business. If serious family issues are happening perhaps you shouldn’t be at work? Charged $20 extra for “mid bk length hair” when my hair is literally just below my shoulders. Got home and took a closer look and it all seems just butchered. Have an appt next week at another salon to try to fix this chop job. For $120 I expected WAY better!
Booked a shampoo and two-strand twists online the day before (because it was an option available online for ethnic hair). Upon arrival Danielle looked at me crazy like I was interrupting her day then told me for the first time that she’s never done the requested hairstyle before. Apparently nobody in the salon had done it before, but it’s offered as a service.
