I made an appointment with Tara to trim my son’s long hair, but the experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. We weren’t acknowledged at all—not even eye contact—which immediately set a negative tone. This has happened twice now. The first time they cut my hair very short, and I didn't even ask for it. The second time I went to get bangs, I showed them a reference, and they did them however they wanted. I cried because of my hair; they really made me feel bad.
* Do Not Go Here if you have any type of curly Hair especially tight curls * Let me say this the whole experience we had here was horrible I will say the girl that really tried doing my daughters hair was super sweet I will give her that and she honestly tried. Went in for an express haircut, no wash or blowdry today. $40.00 dollars.....really?????
Booked yesterday after my original stylist canceled on me… was a bit disappointed when I was placed second to personal phone business. If serious family issues are happening perhaps you shouldn’t be at work? Charged $20 extra for “mid bk length hair” when my hair is literally just below my shoulders. Got home and took a closer look and it all seems just butchered. Have an appt next week at another salon to try to fix this chop job. For $120 I expected WAY better!
