Bought some Madison Reed hair dye, asked the associate about the quality of the dye as it was 37$ she said she heard good things about the product. The results where ugly, turns out ulta does not issue credit or a return for hair dye, I would’ve been happy to know that before I wasted my time and money, last time I shop at ulta ever, its always something with them.

I was treated so rudely and disrespectfully today, at San Luis Obispo store. I’m in my upper 70s. I walked around every row, looking for eye products, and not one employee asked if I needed help. After 20 minutes, I took a few products, and waited in line to ask some questions then pay for products. The young employee stiffly answered my questions, then accused me of cutting in line and took products and sent me to back of line. She obviously didn’t see me waiting in the line. I think it’s time for a review, sadly. Customer service could be improved. When I was there recently, I was ignored by everyone except the person who rang up, because they HAD to interact. Ironically enough, there was an employee talking to another employee about how she’s had to talk to her staff about customer service and not being on their phone.
