If I could give zero stars, I would. She offered no real opportunity for service. We booked through the app, she canceled without warning, then tried to reschedule on her terms. We declined — the lack of professionalism and poor chairside manner were already clear. To top it off, she acted like we were grateful and had rearranged our day for her. Completely unacceptable. If you’re not available or don’t need the income, don’t advertise open slots. Respect people’s time. “Have a blessed day!”
