It was my first time coming to this salon, and it did not disappoint! Everyone was very kind and attentive to me. I showed them reference photos for my hair and they delivered exactly that. They kept checking on me throughout the entire process to make sure that I was comfortable, and happy with the decisions being made. Would absolutely recommend, just make sure to book an appointment beforehand instead of a walk-in to ensure they take their time with your hair!
I was disappointed with my recent experience during a Shellac pedicure appointment. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted, and the nail technician seemed unhappy to be performing the service. The pedicure itself was painful—my toes were accidentally nicked multiple times, and the pumice stone and exfoliator were used with such force that a red, irritated area remained on my foot for several days. Tiffany is the best for any color, highlight, or balayage. She is very talented. Highly recommend The Salon.
