Probably the best salmon burger I have ever had. Essentially a food truck with a semi permanent location in Talkeetna, Alaska. All they serve is salmon patties, chips and waffle fries. If you ever get there, make this a definite stop.

The Salmon Burger with fries was a delightful surprise. It was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and surprisingly, it didn’t taste fishy at all, which was what I had anticipated. I’m definitely going back for another bite when I visit Talkeetna again.
