I cancelled my reservation with ST Falls Hotel over TWO months ago and have been chasing my refund ever since. I have sent two emails, made two phone calls, and even visited the hotel in person last week, where the manager assured me the refund would be processed immediately. It’s now 60 days later and I STILL haven’t received my money. No confirmation. No follow-up. Nothing. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and integrity. Just had a really good stay after being upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment (yay!). Staff were very helpful and the location makes life so easy for ski school dropoff. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing too.
