We had a fantastic stay at St. Falls Resort, and a big part of that was thanks to Jerry from customer service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and truly dedicated to making sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Terrible customer service. Staff are unhelpful and just push responsibility around. After cancelling my booking, I was only offered a vague credit with no clear rules. Absolutely no real support when you need it. Never coming back!
St. Fall Resort were absolute beauties and best service in town.. represented by Rachael, Kaili and Flavia. Them 3 are hardly working and best customer’s service. Please review their performance and proud to promotes
Don’t waste your money. Was better options for places to stay! Not worth the $$ and staff were not helpful. Will not return!
