Have you ever gone to a hair stylist and they ask you what you want and then say words that mean nothing to you? ("Why, yes, every single time" -me) I've had great stylists work on my hair but I had no how to talk to them, they just sort of did their thing and I sat there uncomfortably. I’ve had my hair cut at so many places and didn’t necessarily feel dissatisfied, but truly never fully satisfied. Today I met with Mads for the first time. She took ( a lot of time ) to understand what I wanted, looked at pictures/videos with me. Explained to me different techniques for different effects.
