We have worked with this team for a number of years, and I've always been tasked to support the safety team when they come out and do their inspection. They were scheduled to get here at 9:00 AM. It's 9:28 and only one person has shown up. The job cannot be done without two team members. I called the office and the reason the other member is late I was told was because "he is in a meeting with the president". We’ve always used the Safety Team for our sprinkler system maintenance and repairs. We had a small leak and Mason came out and and did a great job. I appreciated his hard work and professionalism. It wasn’t an easy job!

Ive been a long time customer with the safety team and I must say, if what you want a caring long term company that can handle any fire system related job, THIS is the company. They may not be the cheapest out there but you pay for a premium quality service. Whould highly recommend it to anyone who cares about maintaining their building.
