We’ve always used the Safety Team for our sprinkler system maintenance and repairs. We had a small leak and Mason came out and and did a great job. I appreciated his hard work and professionalism. It wasn’t an easy job!
We have worked with this team for a number of years.I am on the HOA board, and I've always been tasked to support the safety team when they come out and do their inspection. Today they are scheduled to get here at 9:00 AM. It's 9:28 and only one person has not shown up. The job cannot be done without two team members. I called the office and the reason the other member is late I was told was because "he is in a meeting with the president". So apparently the president's meeting is more important than their clients. Ive been a long time customer with the safety team and I must say, if what you want a caring long term company that can handle any fire system related job, THIS is the company. They may not be the cheapest out there but you pay for a premium quality service. Whould highly recommend it to anyone who cares about maintaining their building.
The receptionist was very helpful and helped me schedule my buildings fire inspection. They were polite and very accommodating, I will be going with this company for many years to come. And I would recommend the same to anyone. If you want a long term service company, it doesn't get better then this company.
Excelente company, the office workers are very helpful and the technicians are very well informed. They did my annual testing in record time. They were all very polite and professional. Would highly recommend!!!
