Excelente company, the office workers are very helpful and the technicians are very well informed. They did my annual testing in record time. They were all very polite and professional. Would highly recommend!!!
Technicians are fully certified up to NFPA standards and are very well educated and experienced. Even when they faced challenges they pull through and were able to complete the job in record time. Everyone was very nice and while there are cheaper companies out there, you get the quality you pay for with the safety team. Highly recommend these guys!
The receptionist was very helpful and helped me schedule my buildings fire inspection. They were polite and very accommodating, I will be going with this company for many years to come. And I would recommend the same to anyone that cares about there building. If you want a long term company that can help you fix your fire system, this is it. 10/10
Terrible company, they send technicians who do not know what they are doing in most cases, their scheduling system expects you to block half a day to wait for them to show up, then they show up at the last possible minute, and a simple job takes hours, and the work is shady. They invent issues just to bill you for things that do not need replacing. I will make a report with the SFD because their work is not up to code and safe. Do not hire this company; if you do, you will be sorry.
