I am new to the City and I am extremely picky about who does my eyebrows and lashes so with that being said!! Bayyyybeeee!!!! Karenleen is awesome! She is very professional yet down to Earth, very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what I needed for my eyebrows without trying to upsell me on a service I did not need! Went in for a brow wax and came out pleasantly surprised! She did a great job
Update: the picture attached to this review is the results I received from Sacred Lux, which as you stated in your reply does not look like a classic set. The tech could clearly tell I was in shock since she made the comment “they won’t look as full as they will shed in the next couple days”. It would take at minimum 2-3 weeks to shed enough for it to be a classic set. I would never complain about a service that needs correcting when it is so close to the eyes.
