Excited for lease to be over in few months wanted to give review after years of living here (Maintenance) I moved here when property was new with less ppl & it had a reliable maintenance crew at the time. Best thing I did was have a ring camera installed since I’ve experienced maintenance requests saying orders were completed- yet camera showed they never entered. Stop deleting my review!!! Seriously the worst place to live.
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED! As you can see by the reviews, this is NOT a place you want to live. The positive reviews are a mix of fakes and pressured reviews by the staff. They tell you to receive the move-in incentive that you need to leave a review mentioning their name, which leads to this place looking half decent on the reviews. HOWEVER THAT IS NOT THE CASE! There is way too much to list, but the other reviews hit a lot of the main issues. The staff/management acts very nice at move in. However ... read more
Very unprofessional never answers phone! And when I finally get a chance to come in .they tell me they don’t have my appointment keep in my I had to drive 40 min away!!!! Disgusting customer service I have a business if I had to stay a little after hours to make up for my companies mistake I would !!!!!!! Mitigating a situation does not resolve the problem Some things simply have to be ameliorated! I have seen enough I’m ready to move but it won’t be here.
If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. Many of the recent five-star reviews mentioning staff names or move-in experiences are not genuine reflections of the property. The leasing office often asks residents to write reviews that include employee names so those employees can receive bonuses. They also tell new residents that leaving a review is part of qualifying for certain discounts or move-in promotions, which is why so many reviews sound repetitive and overly positive.
