Pleasant clean rooms. Free bottled water Coffee tea the usual. Asked for late check out but was not approach in the morning either a yes or no. So we left at normal check out 10 am
The accommodation itself was lovely, and we initially had a great experience. Unfortunately, after checking out, we realised we had left two valuable personal belongings behind. Despite calling the hotel shortly after leaving, we were simply told that nothing had been found. What disappointed us most was the dismissive and unsympathetic way the situation was handled. We stayed for two nights. The room was clean and matched the photos on the website. However, our experience at reception was disappointing. When the male receptionist noticed that we had brought our guinea pig with us, he said, "No pets in the hotel!" in a very stern and abrupt tone. His manner made us feel stressed, upset, and disrespected. We understand that the hotel has a no-pets policy, and we were happy to cooperate by keeping our guinea pig in our car. On arrival check in was quick & easy at reception, Nice rooms, had a view of the Pier from the balcony, comfy bed.. Thankyou to management for my welcoming gift for my birthday, we enjoyed it
