The Ryan is a fantastic place to live. What perhaps makes it most fantastic (besides the incredible location and roof views) is the staff that works there. One person to who made my experience so highly rated is Alec - he has helped set us up from move in through misplaced keys and reserving common space up until eventual move out Can’t recommend more highly
Been to this property numerous times. I’m the owner of Microclean and can say it definitely has a great vibe. Front office staff are legit.
This is my first experience living in a high rise and I honestly feel like couldn’t have picked a better place than The Ryan. Absolutely everything is across the street in ANY direction, including Fry’s grocery store on our first floor. You just can’t get better than this location. I’ve noticed a ton of EV parking spaces and chargers being put in the underground parking garage. Best building & staff. Alec, Maddy, Makenzie, & Michelle have been more than amazing! Maintenance also goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done in a timely matter.
