Justin was professional and kept us up to speed on everything being done. We had two VROOM slide systems installed. They are working great. We are full time in our 5th wheel so the system gets used a lot. Justin is knowledgeable and even gave us some pointers on a couple of different things we could do to upgrade our system and make our life easier in the long run. Highly recommend him.
RV Tech was great to work with. He was very responsive, offered great pricing, and did a great job. I’m so glad we could support an Indiana small business!
The work that was performed was good, but we have waited over a year and a half for 2 minor things and from February this year on another repair. We have called, texted and emailed to get a time for the repairs, We have not heard back, so we moved on. Person we called had all 3 items fixed within a 10 day window. I realize they may be busy but a simple text with an estimate on a repair date is not too much to ask.
Justin was very professional! We are very happy with all of the work we had done! Would definitely recommend!!
Justin was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond. Installed starlink, soft start on ac, & aquahot bypass. Would highly recommend.
