I called inquiring about a toilet part for my Rv. The nice gentleman in the parts department told me he would connect me to the service department. Phone rang out and VM came on. I left a detailed message with my contact number. This was on the 19th. After not receiving a call back that day I assumed that they were busy. However, it’s day 4 and there has not been any attempt of a returned call. I have the part I need now, from Amazon. I was trying to buy local.

Highly recommend The RV Shop after having a problem passing thru Baton Rouge. Billy was extremely helpful and friendly and we were bs k on the road in no time.

Terrible place. They charged me ~$750 to fix my generator. When they were done they were sure it was fixed. I was about to leave and as soon as I tried to start the generator, it died and has the same issue I brought it in for. Not only that, but my $300 generator auto start circuit board was fried during the repair, even though they state they had nothing to do with it. It worked just fine until they worked on it. Brought my trailer in for new AC. Told service, at the time, I needed it back to work an event and gave a specific date. Was told not a problem. Service said we will call you when we order the part. 2 days later NO CALL. 4 days later still no call. I had to keep call them. Always got voice mail. NEVER a real person. Long story short, if I wouldn't have taken it to Miller's RV I would have missed my event/income and probably STILL be waiting for a return phone call. BEWARE!!
