Steve the RV RN is one of the best service people i have ever dealt with. He explained on the phone the electric problem was probably on the campgrounds box. Called maintenance on they fixed the problem like he said. Then next day he text me to see if fixed. He sure didn't have to that but that is great customer service. Thanks ya Mr Steve. Don Cheek.
We were on the road by Daytona Beach when I had a little accident with our truck camper. The fan lid was up when I backed into a building overhang I didn’t see. It bent the lid back to where I could no longer raise and lower it. With rain coming, I knew I had to get it fixed asap. A challenge late on a Saturday afternoon. Thought we had the part ordered when they contacted me and told me to order it myself after I got the job covered under my warranty, took weeks to let me know, unfortunately I won't call them again. It's hard to fine competent rv moble repair people.
Steve was very polite and knowledgeable about RVs Would recommend Steve to anyone who needs help with their Rv. Prices are reasonable
Had a great first time expert with Steve the RV RN. Bearings, brakes and roof inspection/reseal done with great care and quality. Will use him again.
