We made an appointment to purchase a travel trailer and arrived on time with cahiers check in hand. The customer service was very poor. After waiting 30 minutes, no one could connect electrical power or water to the trailer. We did not want to purchase the trailer without checking all the systems for functionality, so we left. I do not recommend doing business with them. It was a waste of our time.
Charles and his wife were so accommodating and kind. Excellent deal and bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our choice. Highly recommend this dealer for an exceptional deal and a wonderful experience overall! Can't say thank you enough. K.+E. Lotter
I got a great deal and a lot of extra help on the RV I bought here.They are amazingly helpful and very professional.They made everything straightforward and. simple.great job! Overall, I highly recommend Lee and his team at The RV Depot Outlet to anyone looking for a camper. Their customer service, knowledge, and commitment to making sure you leave feeling confident in your purchase really stood out.
