From the moment we contacted the RV Rental Factory until our two-month rental expired, Shane, John & Patrick were extremely professional, reliable and responsive to all requests, needs and calls. What a great trip in this RV! Plenty of room for a family with a dog for over a week! The team was super responsive before, during (for questions) and after the rental period. Clean, rides great, full amenities! Highly recommend!
