We rented a C-class RV for the first time through RV Rental Factory and had an excellent experience. Communication was clear and efficient, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The RV itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip with our 3 kids. Customer service was outstanding, Pat was super friendly and efficient, and we’re already planning to make this a yearly tradition! Definitely sticking with RV Rental Factory for all our future road trips!
No rvs. Showed up during operating hours and no one was there
This was our second trip with the RV Rental Factory. It is always an awesome experience and so much support and assistance from Shane and John whenever we needed them! The RV has everything you need for a great camping experience and is big enough to accommodate our big family! We will definitely be planning our next trip and booking with them!
