Loved the RV❤️ Loved the customer service and their flexibility to meet our times to pick up and drop off. Also loved their quick response to texts when we had questions❤️ highly recommend them and we will definitely be renting from them again❤️
The wife and I rented the 24' Conquest for a 4 day excursion to Devil's Lake WI. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, well equipped and easy to drive. We logged approximately 350 miles without a hitch. Pickup and drop-off went extremely smoothly. Brad was pleasant, professional and informative. We've also rented from Cruise America in the past and found the Conquest to be a far superior vehicle. A pleasure to support a locally owned independent business. Highly recommended!
First trip in an RV was a success! Everyone, especially Shane, at the RV Rental Factory was so helpful. The process was easy and painless and the RV was spotless. No hiccups! We have a lifetime of great memories that the RV Rental Factory made possible.

First-time RVing and we did 10 days and 4 states as a family of 6! The owners were super easy to work with and communicated ALL the details. They were also very responsive during the trip when we tried to remember ALL the details! Definitely a RV convert and look forward to our next trip!
