Ryon and Ethan showed up on time had issues with Coleman heat pump/heat strip they immediately got on roof removed AC shroud and checked all electrical issues and cleaned AC unit will definitely call RV nerds again great service
I had an appointment set up for 3 days work from these guys. I was looking forward to having a better electric system and generator for my dog grooming van. They waited til the actual day they were supposed to be there and cancelled on me. Didn't even have the decency to call with an explanation. Texted to me that my appointment was cancelled. I want to give a huge shout out to these guys. I had a water leak which after finding it was probably leaking from the factory. I called the NERDS and they responded by the next morning/ (I called them at 11 pm the previous Nite) I ordered the clamp kit as a back up in case they could not make it. They came out and the problem was bigger than i thought. My roof air wouldn't come on and the RV NERDS truck was in front of my site so I ran up and got them to take a look. They were both so pleasant and funny. They went right to the problem, a loose wire. They were so convenient and saved my day so I could get back to vacationing. Thanks so much! I give you a ten out of five.
