I recently bought a used camper from The RV Guys. They were EXCELLENT in their customer service, and answered all my questions. Family owned business for many years, and it shows. Bear Hoover was the sales guy, and was courteous and informative and no question was "too silly". When I picked it up, their parts and service crew was hands down, excellent. Seen ad on craiglist 1997 National motor home so I response 1 st thing I ask is travel ready response Yes, then we look at it 1st thing saleslady said have water damage on passanger side panel also genator not working. We purchased a 2017 Aspen Trail a couple weeks ago and absolutely love it! Very professional and friendly staff. Our sales person Frannie was awesome. Anytime we have had questions and called or just pop in they have been more than happy to help us with all our questions and needs! First time RV purchasers and we had tons of questions all recieved and answered with a smile and quick knowledgeable answer.
Purchase used 1997 National Tropical motor home Seen on craig list contact Sales person she response . I ask if was travel ready She said Yes, just need little TLC. So I and my Daughter went look at it . Sales lady point out right away that had water damage on passerside panel damage and genator not working.
