Called over a month ago to schedule RV maintenance "after their opening hours". A lady answered the phone and communicated well. Stated she wasn't in the office and would call me back to make the appointment once she arrived in the office. Never got a call back!! It's been well over a month since my original call. That's not a good business model and bad customer communications!!!

Awesome experience! The team first tried to diagnose the issue in my commercial vehicle remotely, and when that did not work out they were able to slot me in the next day. Issue was diagnosed within an hour and fixed shortly thereafter. Charges were very reasonable. They will be my go-to service provider going forward!

This team is honest and highly professional. All the proposed work was explained in advance and after the job was done they spent time to go over everything. They also identified other "issues" to be corrected that have been missed by others. They have earned my respect and are now my GO TO for all my service, warrantee inspections, and upgrades.

Very satisfied with the RV. I needed my RV winterized as the freezing temps came upon suddenly. Mechanic was very personable and knowledgeable. I enjoyed taking with him and Cindy! He worked me in and I am forever grateful! I will DEFINITELY use his services again! Thanks so much!
