Called over a month ago to schedule RV maintenance "after their opening hours". A lady answered the phone and communicated well. Stated she wasn't in the office and would call me back to make the appointment once she arrived in the office. Never got a call back!! It's been well over a month since my original call. That's not a good business model and bad customer communications!!!

UPDATE: since my post, Cindy reached out and worked with us to get us on the schedule asap. They were prompt in making it out here and clear with communication on what needed to be fixed and what to expect. We’re grateful to Cindy and team for providing us with a functioning camper again. Awesome experience! The team first tried to diagnose the issue in my commercial vehicle remotely, and when that did not work out they were able to slot me in the next day. Issue was diagnosed within an hour and fixed shortly thereafter. Charges were very reasonable. They will be my go-to service provider going forward!

I was in distress, one of the slide on my RV wouldn’t come back in. Called them 3 times, good workers are busy, They were overbooked in the middle of summer but they saw how much stress I was into and determined to get where I was supposed to be, even with the slide out if needed. They immediately knew how to override the system put that slide back in and get me safely back on the road in 10 minutes! This team is honest and highly professional. All the proposed work was explained in advance and after the job was done they spent time to go over everything. They also identified other "issues" to be corrected that have been missed by others. They have earned my respect and are now my GO TO for all my service, warrantee inspections, and upgrades.
