These guys rock. Lost a tire to bad studs and they replaced the studs and had a new tire on before the day was done. Absolute rock stars.
Excellent service! Vanessa was great, working with me to get scheduled for a mystery repair in my RV propane flow. Mike and Paul were great quickly discovering the issue and making sure I knew exactly where to go to reach the shop since my repair required the use of shop equipment (and couldn't be done mobile). Their apprentice, Sean, did a great job following Mike's directives to solve my issue. What is normally an all-day fix took less than half a day! Fabulous! Highly recommend!
These guys are awesome!! I told them I was just traveling through and needed my rv generator fixed. They were all booked up but squeezed me in and did amazing work for a small fraction of the cost that the Cummins service center wanted to charge me. It' doesn't get any more fair and honest than Mike.
We had what we thought might be a complex repair issue (water leak) but Paul and Sean quickly identified the problem and fixed it. They did several other smaller fixes for us and were totally professional and good at communicating with us. Vanessa in the office was also really helpful in getting the service properly set up and letting us know when and how things were going to be done. We’d absolutely recommend The RV Guy based on our experience.
Fantastic service. They are very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I’ll be calling them with all my RV repairs and maintenance.
