Terrible experience. The repair process dragged on for months longer than it should have. As time went on, talking to Vanessa on the phone became difficult. She was rude and difficult to deal with. At one point she called demanding our deductible check be mailed, without the job being finished. We had our black tank replaced, and it STILL leaks. Honesty, integrity, strong work ethic are the words that come to mind after dealing with the team from The RV Guy. The team from The RV Guy replaced/ repaired the underbelly of my Winnebago trailer. They arrived on time, explained several options to fix the issue and performed the job with high skill. The team took the time to educate me on a few unrelated questions I had about my trailer, and at no time did I feel like an “up sell” was coming. The RV Guy techs are very special Guys! The Office Manager, Vanessa, is understanding and very efficient with extended warranties and ordering parts. The RV Guy techs have helped me for a number of years and I wouldn't use any other mobile repair service for my RV. They are quick, professional and get the job done right, the first time. I recommend them to anyone needing mobile RV repair, large or small.

If I could do zero stars I would. I called to have them repair/diagnose a propane issue. They came to me same day which was incredible, said the issue was the regulator and replaced it. However when we went to use it, it sprayed propane everywhere. Nothing was fixed, and we paid them $500. We went back out there to have them fix it again and they demanded money for another part AND money for labor. When the issue should have been identified the first time.
