Spoke with Joe three days before arriving in Richmond Texas about a repair. He said just call him when I get to Richmond. When I got to Richmond, I called and left messages numerous times, never got a call back even just to say that he can’t do the job so I could have made other arrangements instead of expecting him. Waste of time. Poor business practice.

Paid the guy $150 to come look at my fridge and get it fixed. That’s been a month ago. Several phone calls and texts later, no answer. Now I have to find another mobile RV repair to fix it.

Joe from RV Geeks is Top Notch. I’m completely done with bringing my motorhome to any RV dealership. From now on, I’m using Joe for all my RV service needs. I had of laundry list of things to do on my RV, Joe recaulked all the joints on my unit, fixed my slides, while able to activate my warranty for that, fixed some little annoying things on my RV, did some light body repair, and installed suspensions that makes my motorhome drive like a dream. We would give RV Geeks 6 stars if we could. Joe's responsiveness, efficiency and knowledge seem super human. We are travelling through Texas and Joe came out on a rainy, cold evening on the same day we called him, to fix a broken leaf spring in our 5th Wheel. We have NEVER had this kind of service before. Amazing! And thanks!
