We just bought a Montana High Country 5th wheel. Ashley in sales was great with communication and made the sale smooth and easy! She’s a very sweet lady! Ashley in finance is nice and made the signing quick and easy! The walk through went well with Don!
Getting real tired of dealers telling me their used units are in excellent condition. This one was supposedly in excellent condition, stored indoors a heated garage. Funny that mold and rust can grow on the exterior of a unit supposedly parked and stored in a heated garage. First thing I saw upon opening the door was a cracked and broken slide covering the door handle. First thing my spouse did was wrinkle up her nose! The parts and service department went above and beyond to help me with a burnt out in-command screen in our Keystone Fuzion. I had spoken to ASA electronics, Keystone parts rep, plus a couple other certified Keystone dealers, to which non of them told me the screen I needed was obsolete, then recommended a screen that wouldn't even work with our unit.
