Traveling from the East Coast Adirondack mountain region NY. I was having issues with tow vehicle charging trailer. RV coral not only got me in they stayed longer on a Friday 6pm to solve and rectify the problem. It was one of the most positive and enjoyable experiences I have ever had with any service team across all genres.
Winnebago EKKO family, if ever you are traveling near Eugene, OR and need help with your EKKO, RV Corral is the place to stop. We were traveling West from Indiana and encountered some electrical problems. The staff at RV Corral were very accommodating squeezing us in to help prevent food spoilage in our fridge and Dometic freezer on a hot summer day. Service department is horrible. They are a perfect example of OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER. Get your RV serviced elsewhere.
Just bought a 2026 Tiffin Allegro RED and took delivery in April. We live in Lake Oswego, Oregon. We experienced a warranty issue. The (instrument) cluster panel began going blank every time we hit a bump such as a bridge seam on the freeway. It happened over and over again gaining frequency. The panel would go black including the GPS, camera panel and would reboot each time. Finally it didn’t reboot. Stayed black. We have a Tiffin authorized service center 30 or so miles from home. Our experience at the RV Corral was amazing. This was our first time purchasing a trailer, and going to a RV lot. Matt was so helpful and took so much time with us looking at trailers until we found the one that would work best for our family. They have so many awesome new and used options to look at.
