Had a major repair done and am very happy with the whole experience. Nelson went the extra mile to make sure we were ready for our road trip and Josh is great at explaining all the details.
We have a 2022 Rockwood 5th wheel and a 2022 Ford F350 (short bed) that now have damage done to them because of negligence on behalf of The RV Clinic. Our camper turns at the pin box (Curt Turning Point pin box) not in the bed of the truck, the pin box has a wedge installed to lock it out from turning in the truck bed. They moved our 5th wheel and placed 2 bolts into the back of the Curt Turning Point, we have owned this camper since 2022 we have never had bolts in where they placed them.
