I have loved every purchase from The Rusty Cat! They have a great selection. Not to mention, Blair is very helpful in helping me pick out a cute outfit.
I went there the weekend looking for graduation gifts...I walked in no hello or can I help you...The girl looked at me and continued laughing and talking on the phone...
I will never go back into this store. Nobody welcomed us when we walked in....then nobody helped us. When I finally asked for help with some boots the girl didn't act like she wanted to help. I felt like she thought she was better than us. But I have plenty of money that I will spend else where!

My sweet husband bought me a FANTASTIC jacket from ya'll for Christmas!! It's beautiful, but he bought the wrong size :( I am SO looking forward to coming in Tuesday to see what ya'll have available to exchange. I'm hoping someone may have returned the same jacket in my size but just in case... There are SO many beautiful things I've seen posted so I do not think I'll have a problem finding a replacement and then some! Went to this place today... Spent 15 mins walking around and even bumped into someone who worked there. Never once did someone say hello or asked how we were doing. I may not have "looked" like I should even be in the ridiculously expensive store shopping (I assure you money is no problem :-)) but if your gonna make it in the south hospitality is where it's at and this place had none for me and my daughter and mom. Won't be there again and will give my opinion when asked about it based on the experience today.
